摘要
目的观察使用自制中药漱洗液对血液肿瘤患者化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的护理效果。方法将62例血液肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组给予西吡氯铵含漱液漱口,同时服用维生素B2和维生素B12辅助治疗。观察组给予中药漱洗液,观察2组患者的口腔黏膜炎发生率和处置情况。结果观察组的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的治疗有效率为80.0%,显著高于对照组(53.8%,P<0.05)。结论自制中药漱洗液护理干预对血液肿瘤患者化疗过程中的口腔黏膜炎具有较好的预防和治疗作用,可以降低发生率,改善症状,可推广应用。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine gargle in the treatment of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into control group(n =31) and observation group(n =31).Patients in the control group were treated with ciprofenamide gargle and take vitamin B2 and vitamin B12 as adjuvant therapy. Patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Chinese herbal medicine gargle when the treatment of chemotherapy begins. The incidence rate and effective rate of oral mucositis were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the effective rate of the observation group was 80.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.8%)(P <0.05). Conclusion Self-made Chinese herbal medicine gargle in treating oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy can obtain a good result and a high effective rate. Patients are willing to accept and it is worthy of clinical application.
