摘要
泌尿外科是一门实践性很强的临床学科,促进泌尿外科教学改革和学科建设是从源头上提高医疗质量与培养优秀的泌尿外科医生的重要举措。本文基于目前泌尿外科教学和学科建设的现状,结合医学生泌尿外科理论学习和临床实践情况,深入剖析泌尿外科教学实施和学科建设过程中存在的关键性问题和可能的解决方案,提出了以提高临床技能为核心的教学改革思路和对策。
Urology is a clinical subject with strong practic ality. It is an important measure to improve medical quality and train excellent urologists to promote the teaching reform and discipline construction of urology. This article is based on the current situation of urology teaching and discipline construction, combined with the medical students ’urology theoretical study and clinical practice, in-depth teaching of urology and the discipline construction in the process of the key problems and possible solutions, put forward to improve the clinical skills as the core of teaching reform ideas and countermeasures.
