摘要
目的:对江夏区中医医院收治2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)随机抽样的170例患者进行回顾性研究。方法:从医院信息(HIS)系统中提取纳入的COVID-19患者的基本信息、治疗方案,治疗前后中医症状、肺部CT、白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比等指标,对比分析相关指标。结果:170例COVID-19病例分型以普通型为主,入院时肺部CT表现集中在早期及进展期改变,以发热、乏力、咳嗽为主要症群,以纳差、胸闷、咽部不适、咳痰、呼吸困难为次要症群,在中西医结合治疗10d后患者的症状及体征均有所改善,证候积分显著降低(P<0.05),白细胞水平趋于升高(P<0.05)。结论:江夏区中医医院中西医结合治疗COVID-19疗效显著,可为该病治疗提供临床依据。
Objective:A retrospective study was conducted on 170 cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)randomly sampled from Jiangxia District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The basic information and treatment plan,TCM symptoms,the CT of lung,the count of white blood cell and the percentage of lymphocyte before and after the treatment were extracted and analyzed from HIS system.Results:A total of 170 cases were mainly classified as common type,the CT of lung was in early and advanced stage at the time of admission,and TCM syndrome was classified into fever,weakness and cough as the main symptoms,and poor appetite,chest tightness,throat discomfort,expectoration,breathing difficulties for the secondary symptoms.The symptoms of the patients were improved after 10 days of treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The scores of syndromes were significantly decreased(P<0.05)and the level of WBC tended to increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in Jiangxia District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a significant effect on COVID-19,which can provide a clinical basis for the treatment of the disease.
