摘要
目的:通过观察瘿瘤合剂联合硒酵母治疗气阴两虚夹痰型桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效,为其治疗提供有效临床依据。方法:采用随机、对照试验设计方法,将66例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例,用药12周,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、甲状腺功能及自身抗体、中医证候积分的改善情况。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后TGAb、TPOAb水平均显著降低(P<0.01),对照组治疗后TPOAb水平显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组TGAb水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后主症积分、次症积分和总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且显著低于同期对照组(P<0.01)。结论:瘿瘤合剂联合硒酵母可以降低桥本甲状腺炎证属气阴两虚夹痰患者TGAb、TPOAb滴度,并能明显改善患者临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yingliu Mixture combined with Selenium Yeast in treating Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with deficiency of qi-yin deficiency with phlegm,and to provide an effective clinical basis for its treatment.Methods:A randomized controlled trial design method was used to divide 66 patients into the treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group,the drug was administered for 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms,thyroid function,autoantibodies,and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,TGAb and TPOAb in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),TPOAb in the control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the TGAb level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,and total symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Yingliu Mixture and Selenium Yeast can reduce the titers of TGAb and TPOAb in Hashimoto thyroiditis patients with a deficiency of qi-yin deficiency with phlegm,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
