摘要
目的:建立乏运动大鼠模型,研究银杏叶提取物(GBE)注射后的乏运动大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的学习和记忆能力。方法:选用24只健康环境中成长的SPF级别的雄性SD大鼠,将其随机分为正常组、乏运动组和银杏叶提取物干预组(干预组),每组8只。正常组每4只放入535 mm×390 mm×200 mm笼子内,配304不锈钢网盖一个,双水瓶喂养,保证有足够的活动空间和食物及水。乏运动组和干预组单只单独关入285 mm×178 mm×150 mm笼子内,配一个304不锈钢网盖,单瓶水喂养,只保证能够翻身及足够的吃食和喝水,干预时间为8周,后按照6 mg/kg对干预组大鼠腹腔注射给药(银杏叶提取物),单只给药不超过1 mL,其余给予相应剂量的生理盐水。8周后测量三组大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的学习和记忆能力。结果:Morris水迷宫中,正常组大鼠找到平台的时间最短,乏运动大鼠找到平台的时间最长,银杏叶提取物干预后的大鼠找到平台的时间相对于乏运动大鼠有所减少。结论:银杏叶提取物可以有效改善大鼠在迷宫中的学习和记忆能力。
Objective:To study the learning and memory ability of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) injected rats in Morris water maze.Methods:Choose 24 SPF level to a healthy upbringing male SD rats,they were randomly divided into normal group,lack of exercise group,ginkgo biloba extract intervention group,each group of eight,normal group and four in 535 mm×390 mm×200 mm cage with a 304 stainless steel net cover,double bottle feeding,ensure the activity space,enough water diet.Lack of exercise group and intervention group only alone into the 285 mm×178 mm×150 mm cage with a 304 stainless steel net cover,single bottle water feeding,only that he can turn over,enough food and water,intervention time for eight weeks,after the intervention group rats celiac injection of drug delivery in accordance with the 6 mg/kg,only no more than 1 mL of quantity,the rest to the appropriate dose of normal saline,eight weeks after measuring three groups of rats learning and memory ability in Morris water maze.Results:In the Morris water maze,the time to find the platform was the shortest in the normal group,while the time to find the platform was the longest in the inactive group.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract can effectively improve the learning and memory ability of rats in water maze.
