摘要
目的:分析使用低频脉冲电针术前干预对老年患者髋关节骨折手术后谵妄的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的48例老年髋关节骨折患者作为研究对象,按照数字法对患者进行分组,每组24例。给予A组老年患者实施低频脉冲电针方法进行治疗,给予B组老年患者实施传统手术麻醉方法进行治疗,给予针对性治疗后,分别在术后1~3 d 22点3个时间点评估患者谵妄情况。同时,利用谵妄严重程度(DRS)评分评估确诊谵妄患者,麻醉后,对比两组患者的手术时间及首次谵妄发作、持续时间。结果:A组患者谵妄总发生率、谵妄评分低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者谵妄持续时间、手术时间短于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电针术前干预能够有效减轻老年髋关节手术患者谵妄发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of preoperative intervention using low-frequency pulse electroacupuncture on delirium in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery.Method:A total of 48 elderly hip fracture patients hospitalized in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research object.The patients were grouped according to the digital method,24 patients in each group.And the elderly patients in group A were treated with low-frequency pulse electroacupuncture,and the treatment in group B used traditional surgical anesthesia methods.After targeted treatment,the delirium was evaluated at three time points,1-3 days after surgery,at 22:00.At the same time,the delirium severity(DRS)score was used to evaluate the diagnosed patients with delirium.After anesthesia was given,the operation time and the first episode of delirium and duration were compared between the two groups.Result:The total incidence of delirium and delirium scores in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of delirium and the length of surgery in group A were shorter than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency pulse electroacupuncture intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of delirium in elderly hip surgery patients,and has high clinical application value.
