摘要
目的:探究医疗护理联合查房新模式对于基层中医院中医护理专业人员整体护理工作质量的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院中医护理专业人员9名作为研究对象,以时间为节点分为两个阶段,在2019年1-6月开展常规护理查房,在2019年7-12月开展医疗护理联合查房,对比中医护理专业人员在两个阶段的临床工作能力(中医规范操作能力、表达沟通能力、中医症候辨析能力、中医护理思维能力、应对突发事件能力及人文关怀及素养)、护理工作绩效、护理服务质量(护理级别同病情一致、责任护理人员掌握病情正确、一级护理、不良事件)及患者满意度情况。结果:开展医疗护理联合查房后,中医护理专业人员临床工作能力评分、护理工作绩效评分、患者满意度均较前明显提高,护理服务质量较前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用医疗护理联合查房的新型工作模式,能使基层中医院中医护理专业人员的实践操作能力、护理质量、临床绩效及患者满意度得到显著提升,可以在临床护理工作中推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of the new mode of combined ward round of medical and nursing on the overall quality of nursing work of TCM nursing professionals in primary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 9 TCM nursing professionals in our hospital were taken as the research object,and divided into two stages based on the cut-off point of time.The ward rounds of routine nursing were carried out from January to June 2019,and the combined ward round of medical and nursing were carried out from July to December 2019.The clinical working ability(TCM standard operation ability,expression and communication ability,TCM syndrome differentiation ability,TCM nursing thinking ability,emergency response ability and humanistic care and accomplishment),nursing work performance,quality of nursing service(the nursing level was consistent with the condition,the responsible nursing staff grasps the condition correctly,the first level nursing,the adverse event)and patients’satisfaction of TCM nursing professionals in two stages were compared.Result:After the combined ward round of medical and nursing,the clinical working ability scores,nursing work performance scores and patients’satisfaction of TCM nursing professionals were significantly improved compared with those before,and the quality of nursing service was significantly improved compared with that before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the new working mode of combined ward round of medical and nursing can significantly improve the practical operation ability,quality of nursing,clinical performance and patients’satisfaction of TCM nursing professionals in primary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,which can be promoted in clinical nursing work.
