右美托咪定联合丙泊酚在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后镇静镇痛的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后患者应用右美托咪定联合丙泊酚的镇静效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院脑外科颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后患者120例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组应用右美托咪定联合丙泊酚镇静,对照组应用丙泊酚镇静。比较两组镇静效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组撤机2 h SpO2、机械通气时间、唤醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组静注丙泊酚次数与丙泊酚用量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定联合丙泊酚用于颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后患者,镇静疗效满意,不延迟苏醒,可减少丙泊酚用量,降低不良反应率,安全性高,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the sedative effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol in patients after intracranial aneurysm embolization.Method:A total of 120 patients after intracranial aneurysm embolization in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol for sedative,while the control group was treated with Propofol for sedative.The sedative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in removed mechanical ventilation 2 h SpO2,mechanical ventilation time and wake up time between the two groups (P>0.05).The times and dosage of Propofol intravenous injection were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol in patients after intracranial aneurysm embolization has a satisfactory sedative effects and does not delay wake up.It can reduce the dosage of Propofol,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
