摘要
目的:探究慢性支气管炎患者运用麻黄汤合百合固金汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2019年1-12月门诊治疗的68例慢性支气管炎患者,根据治疗方式的不同,分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予麻黄汤合百合固金汤治疗,对照组给予常规西医对症治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及药物安全性。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性支气管炎患者运用麻黄汤合百合固金汤治疗的临床效果确切,可促进临床症状改善,有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Mahuang Decoction and Baihe Gujin Decoction in treatment of chronic bronchitis.Method:A total of 68 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with Mahuang Decoction and Baihe Gujin Decoction,while the control group was treated with traditional western medicine.The clinical effects,improvement effects of clinical symptoms and drug safety of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mahuang Decoction and Baihe Gujin Decoction in treatment of chronic bronchitis can efficiently promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and has high clinical application value.
