摘要
高效超超临界机组,特别是二次再热机组,采用降压法吹管耗时耗力,研究高效的降压吹管方案很有必要。根据高效超超临界机组再热器(或二次再热机组的一次再热器)的参数特点,在降压吹管系统设计时,将临吹门设置在再热器(或二次再热机组的一次再热器)出口,锅炉吹管蓄热时蒸汽参数能够满足降压吹管的要求。通过分析和计算,相比将临吹门设置在过热器出口的常规方式,锅炉的蓄热容量大幅提高,吹管的有效时间提高2倍以上。新的降压吹管方案既安全又高效,对高效超超临界机组的吹管具有指导意义。
The consumption of time and materials is too much when the method of reduced pressure steam is used to blow the pipes of high efficiency ultra-supercritical unit,especially double reheat cycle unit,so it is necessary to study the efficient method of reduced pressure steam blowing.According to the parameter characteristics of high efficiency ultra-supercritical unit reheater or of primary reheater of double reheat cycle unit,for the design of reduced pressure steam blowing system,the temporary blowing valve is arranged at the outlet of the reheater or of the primary reheater of double reheat cycle unit,and the steam parameters can meet the requirement of the reduced pressure steam blowing during the boiler heat storage.Through analysis and calculation,compared with the conventional way of setting the temporary blowing valve at the outlet of the superheater,the heat storage capacity of the boiler is greatly improved,and the effective time of the blowpipe is increased by more than 2 times.The new method of reduced pressure steam blowing is safe and efficient,and has guiding significance for the blowpipe of high efficiency ultra-supercritical units.
