贝那鲁肽注射液致心悸1例

摘要 1病例资料患者,男,59岁,1月余前开始血糖控制不佳,偶有低血糖现象发生,曾间断使用过多种降糖方案,如精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(预混30R)、盐酸二甲双胍片、阿卡波糖片等,于2019年9月7日入院。入院诊断:2型糖尿病;冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病;高血压病2级;血脂异常。患者2006年外院行冠状动脉CT检查,自述狭窄<50%,否认药物不良反应史,否认药物食物过敏史。现服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg,po,qd降压,阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg,po,qn调脂,阿司匹林肠溶片0.1 g,po,qd抗血小板聚集治疗。
