摘要
分析了青岛市物流产业发展现状以及存在行业竞争壁垒、经济效益低下、转型升级动力不足、在思想上依赖政府政策扶持与补贴等相关问题。指出应结合“互联网+”打造“智慧型”物流产业网,构建协同转型创新体系,实现物流产业的布局科学化、高效智慧化。对接“一带一路”倡议发展,以建立上合组织地方经贸示范区为契机,提出“互联网+”背景下物流产业协同转型的路径对策,以实现结构优化升级,形成青岛市物流产业的整合集聚、协同联动、融合创新发展。
This paper analyzed the development status of the logistics industry in Qingdao and related issues such as industrial competition barriers,low economic benefits,insufficient motivation for transformation and upgrading,and heavy dependence on government policy support and subsidies.Then it pointed out that the city should take advantage of"Internet+"to build a"smart"logistics industry network and collaborative transformation and innovation system so as to realize the scientific layout and effective intelligentization of the logistics industry.Next,as continuation of the"Belt and Road"initiative and taking the opportunity of the establishment of the SCO local economic and trade demonstration zone,it proposed the path and countermeasures for the coordinated transformation of the logistics industry under the background of"Internet+",for the purposes to achieve structural optimization and upgrading,and form the integrated conglomeration,coordinated linkage,and integrated innovative development of the logistics industry in Qingdao.
