考虑交叉口情况的公交专用道网络研究

摘要 现有的公交专用道研究主要集中在网络中的路段,相对弱化节点处的转向,但事实上交叉口的交通情况更复杂。针对这一现状,建立了考虑交叉口动态的双层规划模型。上层模型以系统总人均出行时间最小为目标,以路段车道功能划分、交叉口车道功能、公交专用道几何设置、信号配时为约束条件;下层模型针对小汽车和公交车分别建立小汽车流量分配模型和公交车流分配模型,并采用遗传算法-EMME结合的方法对模型进行求解,得出结论:交叉口是造成延误的重要原因,忽略交叉口的情况会导致错选最优方案;公交专用道设置过多反而会造成公交车延误增加,导致总延误上升。 In this paper,in view of the complicated traffic situation at intersections,we set up a two-level programming model considering intersection dynamics.Of the model established,the upper-level model aims to minimize the total travel time per person in the system under the restriction of lane function division,intersection lane function,dedicated bus lane geometry,and signal timing;the lowerlevel model establishes respectively the sedan car flow distribution model and the bus flow distribution model.At the end,we use the genetic algorithm-EMME method to solve the model,and conclude that intersection is an important contributor to traffic delays,and ignoring the intersection will lead to sub-optimal traffic planning;and superfluous dedicated bus lanes will instead increase bus delays and cause the total traffic delays to increase.
