摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种危害人类健康的慢性退行性疾病,其发病机制复杂多样,目前尚不完全明确,其在临床上的表现以关节疼痛和骨关节功能障碍为主。OA的发生、发展与软骨组织病变密切相关,而软骨组织的损伤与软骨细胞凋亡密切相关。目前,国内外大量研究表明多条信号通路与OA的发生和发展有密切的关系,但阻断某个单一信号通路不能达到治疗OA的效果。研究发现;鹿茸对治疗骨关节炎有效,且不良反应低。因此,本文综述了近年来骨关节炎的发病机制及鹿茸对骨关节炎软骨细胞凋亡和相关信号通路调控的研究进展,旨在深入了解鹿茸治疗骨关节炎的作用机制,抑制骨关节炎的发展速度。
Osteoarthritis(OA) is a kind of chronic degenerative disease, which is harmful to human health. The pathogenesis of OA is complex and diverse, which is not completely clear at present. The main clinical manifestations are joint pain and joint dysfunction. The occurrence and development of OA are closely related to the pathological changes of cartilage, and the injury of cartilage is closely related to the apoptosis of chondrocytes. At present, a large number of studies at domestic and overseas have found that multiple signaling pathways are closely related to the occurrence and development of OA. Therefore, blocking a single signaling pathway can not achieve the effect of treating OA. In recent years, it has been found that pilose antler is effective for the treatment of osteoarthritis, with low adverse reactions. Therefore, the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and the progreses of pilose antler on the treatments of osteoarthritis chondrocyte apoptosis and related signaling pathway regulation were summarized, so as to further understand the mechanism of pilose antler in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
