摘要
对中职学生实行以岗位为主导的培养模式是一种新兴的人才培养模式,内容包括办学模式、培养方案、教学模式、评价模式4个方面,教学内容是教学模式的核心所在。本文主要探索在该模式下,如何根据岗位的需要及师生和学校的实际情况,有针对性地选择中职护理专业体育教学内容,以期能够达到最佳的教学效果,从而发展学生身体素质,培养运动爱好和习惯,为将来走向社会、参加工作打下良好的身体基础。主要内容包括:总结护理工作者岗位体能要求,概述中职学校护理专业体育教学现状,得出中职护理专业体育教学内容选择的4个原则:(1)符合学生身心发展规律;(2)具有可操作性;(3)符合职业岗位要求;(4)充分考虑地域环境,最后提出中职护理专业具体的教学内容。
Implementing a post-led training model for secondary vocational students is an emerging talent training model.It includes four aspects:school running modes,training plans,teaching modes and evaluation modes and the teaching content is the core of teaching modes.This article mainly explores how to choose physical education teaching contents of secondary vocational nursing specialty in accordance with the needs of the post and the actual situation of teachers,students and schools under this model in order to achieve the best teaching effect,to develop students’physical fitness,sports hobbies and habits and to lay a good physical foundation for future social participation and work.The main contents include summarizing the physical fitness requirements of nursing workers and the current status of physical education in nursing majors in secondary vocational schools and deriving four principles for the content selection of physical education in secondary nursing professions:(1)Conforming to the rules of students’physical and mental developments;(2)Being operable;(3)Conforming the requirements of professional positions;(4)Fully considering the regional environments,and finally putting forward specific teaching contents of secondary vocational nursing specialty.
