摘要
目的:探讨责任制护理干预对脑血管疾病患者认知功能、并发症发生率及用药依从性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1德州市第二人民医院神经内科收治的脑血管疾病患者198例为研究对象,采用住院编号随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各99例。对照组患者给予常规脑血管疾病护理干预,观察组患者在对照组患者常规护理的基础上给予责任制护理干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的认知功能、并发症发生率及用药依从性。结果:实施责任制护理干预后,观察组患者的认知功能评分明显高于对照组;观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组;观察组患者的用药依从性评分明显高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:责任制护理干预可显著提升脑血管疾病患者的认知功能水平,有效控制并降低患者的并发症发生率,提高患者的用药依从性,改善患者的生活质量,对患者获取优质护理结局具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of accountability nursing intervention on cognitive function,complication rate and medication compliance of patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 198 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to the Department of Neurology of the Second People's Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the method of random number table of inpatient numbers,99 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine cerebrovascular disease nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group were given accountability nursing intervention on the basis of routine care of patients in the control group.The cognitive function,complication rate and medication compliance of the two groups were observed and compared before and after intervention.Results After the implementation of responsibility nursing intervention,the cognitive function scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The medication compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Responsibility nursing intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function level of patients with cerebrovascular disease,effectively control and reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'medication compliance,improve patients'quality of life,and is of great significance for patients to obtain high-quality nursing outcomes.
