摘要
目的结合国家护理质量控制中心发布的13项护理质量敏感指标,构建我院通用护理质量敏感指标体系。方法采用Delphi法进行两轮专家咨询,对专家意见汇总分析,最终确定医院通用护理质量敏感指标体系。结果共设立了医院通用护理质量敏感指标26项。两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为93.54%和96.55%,权威系数分别为0.834、0.888,变异系数均<0.3;协调系数为0.060~0.088(P<0.05)。结论运用Delphi法构建的通用护理质量敏感指标体系,符合可靠性、合理性及科学性原则,具有一定的实用性,能更好地指导护理质量管理。
Objective To establish a general nursing sensitive quality indicators based on 13 issued by the national nursing quality control center.Methods Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted with Delphi method,and the expert opinions were collected and analyzed to determine the general nursing quality sensitive index system.Results Twenty-six general nursing quality sensitive indexes were set up.The positive coefficient of two rounds of expert consultation were 93.54%and 96.55%,the authoritative coefficient were 0.834 and 0.888,the coefficient of variation was less than 0.3,and the coordination coefficient ranged from 0.060 to 0.088(P<0.05).Conclusion The general nursingsensitive quality indicators constructed by Delphi method is scientific and reliable and can better guide nursing quality management.
