摘要
针对高过载冲击环境下针刺延期雷管出现延期时间缩短以及瞬发现象,进行了主要原因分析,通过增加衰减垫、调整压药压力、增加加强管壳及延期药分段压制,以及合理分配加强管壳内、外延期药质量等方式进行改进。静态及动态发火试验验证了改进措施的有效性,延期雷管满足抗高过载性能要求。
Aimed at the problems that the delay time was shorter and instantaneous fire appeared of the delay detonator under high overload impact environment,the main influence factors were analyzed.The resistance to high overload of delay detonator was improved by adding attenuation pad,adjusting the pressure of charge,adding the reinforcing cup and section pressing of delay composition,as well as reasonably distributing the delay composition mass of internal and external of the reinforcing cup.The static and dynamic ignition tests were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures,which show the anti overload performance of delay detonator meet the requirements.
