新工科教育范式下的教学学术发展 被引量:17

On the Improvement of the Scholarship of Teaching in the Paradigm of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要 工程教育师资队伍建设,是新工科建设的重要内容之一。新工科教育范式具有前瞻性、融合性、开放性、实践导向、智能导向等特质,在此范式下建设工程教育师资队伍,组建以工科和教育学科为主体的教学学术发展中心,在工程实践中开展教学学术研究,开通新工科教学学术绩效评定绿色通道,能够有效地促进新工科背景下的教学学术发展,提高新工科人才培养质量。 The construction of engineering teaching staff is one of the important parts in emerging engineering education.The paradigm of emerging engineering education is endowed with the characteristics of perspectiveness,inclusiveness,openness and practical and intelligent orientation.Directed by this paradigm,the teaching staff specialized in engineering education should be constructed.The development center of scholarship of teaching with the focus on engineering and education subjects need to be established,and the researches on the improvement of the scholarship of teaching need to be carried out in engineering practice.Besides,the evaluation system of the scholarship of teaching should be substantialized in emerging engineering education.All of these can effectively promote the development of the scholarship of teaching and the quality of talents in emerging engineering education training mechanism.
