白光有机电致发光器件概述

摘要 为了开发高性能的白光有机发光二极管,本文概述了白光有机发光二极管的发展历程。本文以时间为主线,通过区分发光层的层数对白光有机发光二极管的发展过程进行简要概述,主要介绍了通过开发新材料以及器件结构优化等方法,调整激子分配以及载流子传输,开发高效稳定的白光有机发光二极管的相关工作。研究结果显示,相比于传统发光二极管,有机发光二极管具有色纯度高、响应速度快、驱动电压低、可柔性显示等优点,在固态照明领域有更加广泛的应用前景。目前,磷光白光有机发光二极管的各项性能指标已经达到商业化水平,但纯热激发延迟荧光白光有机发光二极管的效率偏低,稳定性较差。 To develop high-performance white organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs),this paper outlines the development history of WOLEDs.Taking time as the main line,we briefly summarize the development process of white OLEDs by distinguishing the number of emission layers.The paper mainly introduces the research and development work of high-efficiency and stable white OLEDs by the methods of developing novel materials and optimizing the device structure to adjust the exciton distribution and carrier transport.The results show that compared with the traditional light-emitting diodes,OLEDs have the advantages of high color purity,fast response speed,low driving voltage,and flexible display,and they have a wider application prospect in the field of solid-state lighting.Presently,various performance indexes of phosphorescent WOLEDs have reached the commercial level,but pure thermally activated delayed fluorescent WOLEDs have low efficiency and poor stability.
