摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术结合PBL教学在心血管超声临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取所在科室进行临床课间实习的中国医科大学影像班本科生,共56人。入科时随机分成试验组27人,对照组29人。试验组采用3D打印模型联合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。课后对两组学生采用相同的考核方法用以评价两组间教学效果的差异。所有学生均完成教学满意度调查,以评价两组间学生教学满意度的差异。结果试验组学生考核成绩明显高于对照组,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组学生教学满意度明显高于对照组,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将3D打印技术结合PBL教学应用到心血管超声临床教学中提高了学生的学习成绩和教学满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application of 3D printing combined with problem-based learning teaching in clinical teaching of cardiovascular ultrasound. Methods The 56 undergraduates of the China Medical University imaging class were selected as the research subjects. These 56 students were randomly divided into two groups, with experimental group 27 students and control group 29 students. The 3D printing model of the heart combined with the PBL teaching was used in the experimental group, and the control group was used with the traditional teaching. After class, the two groups of students finished the same method of assessment to evaluate the difference in the teaching effect between the two groups. All students complete the investigation of learning satisfaction in order to evaluate the differences of students’ learning satisfaction among the two groups. Results The test scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students’ learning satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of 3D printing combined with the PBL teaching in clinical teaching of cardiovascular ultrasound is conducive to improving the students’ academic record and learning satisfaction.
