摘要 岗位胜任力是胜任本职工作岗位所必须具备的能力。随着我国经济社会的不断发展,我国越来越重视医学事业的发展,并加大了对医学实验技术的研究力度。在以胜任力为导向的背景下,需要对医学实验技术专业课程体系的构建,完善教学体系,明确教学目标,遵循以学生为教学主体的教育原则,培养出养实用型、技能型人才,满足医学领域的发展需求。本文通过对医学实验技术岗位胜任力进行理论分析和探究,以培为目标,构建了医学实验技术岗位胜任力模型,并建立了以胜任力为导向的医学实验技术课程体系框架,为培养应用型的医学实验技术人才提供参考。 Post competency is the ability to be qualified for the job. With the continuous development of China’s economy and society, China has paid more and more attention to the development of medical undertakings and has intensified research on medical experimental technology. Under the background of competency-oriented, it is necessary to construct the curriculum system of medical experimental technology, improve the teaching system, clarify the teaching objectives, follow the educational principles of taking students as the main body of teaching, and cultivate and cultivate practical and skilled talents. Development needs in the medical field. Through the theoretical analysis and exploration of the competence of medical experimental technology posts, this paper aims to build a medical experimental technology competency model and establish a competencyoriented medical experimental technology curriculum system framework for training application. The medical experimental technical talents provide reference.
