摘要
岗位胜任力是胜任本职工作岗位所必须具备的能力。随着我国经济社会的不断发展,我国越来越重视医学事业的发展,并加大了对医学实验技术的研究力度。在以胜任力为导向的背景下,需要对医学实验技术专业课程体系的构建,完善教学体系,明确教学目标,遵循以学生为教学主体的教育原则,培养出养实用型、技能型人才,满足医学领域的发展需求。本文通过对医学实验技术岗位胜任力进行理论分析和探究,以培为目标,构建了医学实验技术岗位胜任力模型,并建立了以胜任力为导向的医学实验技术课程体系框架,为培养应用型的医学实验技术人才提供参考。
