摘要
移动医疗技术属于广义人工智能范畴的特定领域。移动医疗技术的应用使传统医患关系呈现新的形态。同时也凸显出诸多方面的伦理问题:移动设备不成熟带来的信息采集和传输误差不稳定甚至差错多的问题、患者隐私问题、移动医疗新知识的知识产权和保护问题、移动医疗模式带来的去情感化问题、虚假医疗信息的管控问题等,都是值得引起思考的问题。这说明,移动医疗的伦理规范建构亟待加强。
Mobile medical technology belongs to the specific field of artificial intelligence in broad terms.The application of mobile medical technology presents a new form to traditional doctor-patient relationship.At the same time,it also highlights many aspects of ethical problems:unstable and even erroneous information transmission brought by underdeveloped mobile devices and immature technology,patient privacy,intellectual property rights and protections of mobile medical new knowledge,emotional problems brought by mobile medical model,false medical information control issues,are worth thinking about.The construction of ethical standards for mobile medicine is in urgent need to be strengthened.
