摘要
目的采用Apriori算法对记录于我院信息系统中的256例跌倒事件进行数据挖掘,分析患者跌倒的风险因素,制定有效的防范措施。方法对我院2016年3月1日至2019年5月31日医院信息系统中的跌倒事件患者数据进行挖掘,共找出符合条件的患者256例,采用Apriori算法进行数据关联与分析。结果通过Apriori算法、卡方分析和3名护理专业副教授的分析,共得出12项与患者跌倒强关联的规则,其中单项强关联规则8项,双向强关联规则2对。结论医护人员应重点防控患者夜间跌倒和再次跌倒的发生,增加对多疾病患者的关注。
Objective To mine 256 cases of falling events recorded in our hospital's information system by Apriori algorithm.To analyze the risk factors of patients falling,and formulate effective preventive measures.Methods Information about patients with fall events in the hospital information system from March 1,2016 to May 31,2019 in our hospital was conducted data mining.A total of 256 eligible patients were identified.Data association and analysis were performed using the Apriori algorithm.Results Through Apriori algorithm,chi-square analysis and analysis of three associate senior nursing professors,a total of 12 rules strongly related to the patient's falls were found,including 8 single strong association rules and 2 pairs of bidirectional strong association rules.Conclusion Medical staff should focus on preventing and controlling patients from falling and falling again at night,as well as increase their attention to patients with multiple diseases.
