不同剂量蛹虫草子实体对慢性疲劳综合征的改善作用 被引量:2

Effects of Different Doses of Cordyceps militaris Fruiting Body on the Improvement of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

摘要 研究不同剂量的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体对人体慢性疲劳综合征的改善作用,通过问卷调查,筛选出50名存在慢性疲劳综合征的大学生,蛹虫草子实体服用剂量分别为0.8 g·d^-1、1.6 g·d^-1、2.4 g·d^-1、3.2 g·d^-1,并设立空白对照组。连续服药4周后,对一些与疲劳相关的指标进行检测。结果显示,当蛹虫草的剂量为1.6 g·d^-1时,试验对象的血红细胞计数为(4.60±0.20)×1012L-1、血红蛋白含量为(152.40±8.37)g·L-1,相比对照组显著升高;收缩压为(123.10±8.58)mmHg、舒张压为(71.80±5.45)mmHg、心率为(90.10±14.38)次/min,与对照组相比,显著下降(P<0.05)。当蛹虫草剂量≥2.4 g·d^-1时,效果更为显著(P<0.01)。而当蛹虫草剂量为0.8 g·d^-1(低剂量组)时,各指标与对照组间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组白细胞计数、脉搏压经检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。表明蛹虫草可以起到改善慢性疲劳综合征、预防相关疾病发生的作用。 In order to to study the effects of Cordyceps militaris at different dosages on chronic fatigue syndrome,after a questionnaire survey,50 college students with were selected and randomly divided into groups of 0.8 g·d^-1,1.6 g·d^-1,2.4 g·d^-1 and3.2 g·d^-1 according to the C.militaris fruiting body dose,and a blank control group was set up.After 4 weeks of continuous administration,some indicators related to fatigue in each group were measured.The results showed that when the dose of C.militaris was 1.6 g·d^-1,compared with the control group,the red blood cell count was(4.60±0.20)×1012 L-1 and the content of hemoglobin was(152.40±8.37)g·L-1,which increased significantly.The levels of systolic blood pressure was(123.10±8.58)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure was(71.80±5.45)mmHg,heart rate was(90.10±14.38)beats per min,which decreased significantly(P<0.05),when the dose of C.militaris was greater than or equal to 2.4 g·d^-1,the effect was more significant(P<0.01).When the dose of C.militaris was 0.8 g·d^-1(low-dose group),the above indicators showed no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in leukocyte counts and pulse pressure in each group by statistical analysis(P>0.05).It proved that C.militaris fruiting body could improve chronic fatigue syndrome and prevent the occurrence of related diseases.
