摘要
目的:对阴道超声结合腹部超声用于宫外孕诊断的意义进行研讨。方法:随机将2018年10月~2019年5月在本院进行住院医治的150例宫外孕患者分为三组,A组:患者给予腹部超声诊断检查,B组:患者给予阴道超声诊断检查,C组:患者给予阴道超声结合腹部超声诊断检查,将三组结果进行对比分析。结果:患者治疗1个月后,C组患者经检查后的准确率高于A、B两组患者,C组患者经检查后的漏检率低于A、B两组患者,在孕囊、附件肿物、盆腔积液等检出率方面,C组检出率高于A、B两组的检出率,三组患者对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于宫外孕患者来说,阴道超声诊断结合腹部超声诊断的检查效果更好,在宫外孕早期诊断中起显著作用。
Objective:To investigate the significance of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Randomly divided 150 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 into three groups,group A:the patients were given abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,group B:the patients were given vaginal ultrasound diagnosis,C Group:Patients were given vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound diagnostic examination,and the results of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After one month of treatment,the accuracy rate of patients in group C after examination was higher than that of patients in groups A and B.The missed detection rate of patients in group C was lower than that of patients in groups A and B.In terms of the detection rate of tumors and pelvic effusions,the detection rate in group C was higher than that in groups A and B.The difference between the three groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ectopic pregnancy,vaginal ultrasound diagnosis combined with abdominal ultrasound diagnosis is better and plays a significant role in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
