摘要
目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎的治疗中联合应用鼻内镜手术+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂的临床效果。方法:随机抽选2016年1月~2018年1月于本院进行治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者45例,将患者分为对照组(22例)和联合组(23例),其中对照组采用鼻内镜手术的方式进行治疗,联合组采用鼻内镜手术+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂的方式进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果以及并发症发生率。结果:联合组患者的总有效率(91.30%)明显高于对照组(63.64%),P<0.05,并发症发生率(8.70%)明显低于对照组(36.36%),P<0.05。结论:在慢性鼻窦炎的治疗中联合应用鼻内镜手术+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂,临床效果显著,安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined nasal endoscopic surgery+budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:Forty-five patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected.The patients were divided into the control group(22 cases)and the combined group(23 cases).Endoscopic surgery was used for treatment.The combined group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery+budesonide nasal spray.The clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the combined group(91.30%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.64%)(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications(8.70%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(36.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of nasal endoscopic surgery and budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of chronic sinusitis has significant clinical effect,high safety,and can be promoted.
