材料性能对汽车用高强钢回弹的影响分析 被引量:5

Influence analysis of material properties on springback of high strength steel for automobile

摘要 根据薄板拉弯回弹评估方法,选取DP780高强钢为研究对象,采用试验和AUTOFORM仿真建模相结合的方法,分析材料的回弹特性。基于仿真模型,分析不同的材料性能参数,主要包括材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、应变硬化指数、塑性应变比和弹性模量等对回弹特性的影响,并采用建模分析的方法对获取的结果进行验证。结果表明:材料的应变硬化指数和屈服强度对回弹的影响最大,塑性应变比次之,弹性模量和抗拉强度影响最小;随着应变硬化指数和屈服强度的增大,回弹量有增大的趋势,呈现正相关;塑性应变比的影响较弱,呈现出负相关的变化趋势;应变硬化指数和屈服强度对回弹影响的耦合效应较明显,在应变硬化指数较小时,屈服强度对回弹量的影响不显著,而在应变硬化指数较大时,屈服强度对回弹的影响明显。在高强钢成形中,低屈服强度可有效降低回弹,更有利于零件成形及后续装配。 According to the evaluation method of thin plate stretch bending springback,DP780 high strength steel was selected as the research object,and the springback characteristics of the material were analyzed based on the combination of test and AUTOFORM simulation modeling.Based on the simulation model,the effects of different material performance parameters on the springback characteristics were analyzed,which mainly included yield strength,tensile strength,strain hardening exponent,plastic strain ratio and elasticity modulus,and the obtained results were verified by modelling analysis method.The results show that the strain hardening exponent and yield strength of the material have the greatest influence on springback,the plastic strain ratio is the second,and the elasticity modulus and the tensile strength have the least influence.With the increase of strain hardening exponent and yield strength,the springback has an increasing trend,showing a positive correlation;the effect of plastic strain ratio is relatively weak,showing a negative correlation trend.The coupling effect of strain hardening exponent and yield strength on springback is obvious.When the strain hardening exponent is small,the effect of yield strength on springback is not significant,while when the strain hardening exponent is large,the effect of yield strength on springback is obvious.In high strength steel forming,low yield strength can effectively reduce springback,which is more conducive to part forming and subsequent assembly.
