电硅热法冶炼低钛磷铁合金初步试验

摘要 介绍了电硅热法冶炼低钛磷铁合金工艺初步试验的基本原理和主要过程,并对试验结果进行了分析。认为采用电硅热还原工艺可以生产出低钛磷铁合金产品,但该工艺中合金熔体与渣系的热力学平衡问题、磷组分挥发的动力学问题等基础理论问题还需进一步研究。 In this paper,the basic principle and main process of ferrophos with low Ti smelting by electrosilicothermal process are introduced,and the test results are analyzed.It is concluded that ferrophos with low Ti products can be produced by electrosilicothermal reduction process,but the thermodynamic equilibrium between alloy melt and slag system and the kinetics of phosphorus component volatilization in this process need to be further studied.
