摘要
铁路作为国家重要的基础设施和交通运输工具,对国民经济的发展起着决定性作用。大秦铁路是我国仅有的5家铁路运输业上市公司之一,在我国铁路运输企业中具有一定代表性。因此,文章以大秦铁路作为研究对象,运用功效系数法,对其2016~2018年的绩效进行评价,找出经营过程中存在的不足,并且提出相应的对策,希望能为企业的经营管理提供一定借鉴。
As an important national infrastructure and transportation means,railway plays a decisive role in the development of the national economy.Daqin railway is one of the only five listed companies in the railway transportation industry in China,and it is representative of China's railway transportation enterprises.Therefore,this article takes Daqin railway as the research object,uses the efficiency coefficient method to evaluate its performance from 2016 to 2018,finds out the shortcomings in the operation process,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide a certain reference for the company's management.
