摘要
文章针对地铁车辆司机室天花板设计、安装存在的难点,设计了一种适用于B型地铁车辆的二次骨架,以优化司机室天花板总体结构,并对骨架受力情况进行有限元仿真分析,找出结构薄弱点并优化骨架设计。
In view of the difficulties in design and installation of cab ceiling in metro vehicle, the secondary frame that apply to B type metro vehicle is designed to optimize the overall structure of cab ceiling. The finite element simulation and analysis of stress condition for the frame is carried out to find the weak points in the structure, and optimize the design of frame.
