基于有限元法的海底管道轴向移动研究

摘要 针对裸置于海床上的单层非保温海管,通过有限元法,研究海管在多个加热/冷却循环过程中的轴向移动问题,并分析不同参数对管道轴向移动的影响。结果显示:管道壁厚、内压对管道轴向位移影响较小,管道长度、土体摩擦系数对管道轴向移动影响较大;当参数的变化使部分管段形成虚拟锚固区或管土之间摩擦力增大时,管道轴向位移将会减小。 Aiming at the single-layer non-insulated subsea pipeline placed on the seabed,the finite element method was used to explore the subsea pipeline axial movement during multiple heating/cooling cycles and analyze different parameters effect on the pipeline axial movement,the results show that the pipeline wall thickness,internal pressure have a small effect on the pipeline axial movement.The length of the pipeline and the coefficient of soil friction have a large effect on the pipeline axial movement.When the parameter changes cause some pipeline sections to form a virtual anchoring area,or the friction between pipe and soil increases,the pipeline axial movement can decrease.
