摘要
以减少汽车车架的重量达到减少汽车油耗量为出发点,利用catia软件建立车架的几何模型并保存成IGES格式文件,将文件导入到hypermesh软件进行有限元的前处理后得到车架的有限元模型并保存成K格式文件,提交到LS-DYNA求解,将计算结果导入到hyperview中观察不同重量车架在相同速度碰撞下的变形量,仿真模拟汽车碰撞时车架变形量与车架重量的关系。仿真结果表明,车架重量整体减少5%后汽车的安全性能改变不大,达到了轻量化效果。
This paper is based on the theory of reducing the weight of car frame to reduce the fuel consumption,with CATIA software used to build the geometric model of the frame,and save it into IGES file format.After importing the file into HyperMesh software for finite element preprocessing,the finite element model of the frame was saved into k file format,and submitted to LS-DYNA for solution.The calculation result was imported into hyperview to observe the deformation of different weight frames under collision at the same speed,with simulation of the relationship between the deformation of the frame and the weight of the frame conducted,the simulation result showing little change of the car's safety performance after frame weight reduction by 5%,achieving lightweight effects.
