摘要
健康管理系统(health management system,HMS)是现代民用客机必备子系统之一。提升相关技术的系统化、规范化、模块化水平对于实际HMS系统的研制具有至关重要的意义。本文在分析民用客机健康管理系统国内外现状和技术特点的基础上,梳理了其工程技术体系和基本研制流程,重点阐述了体系建模与分析、知识工程与数据建模、机载应用客户化设计、基于模型的综合验证等当前较为先进的系统性关键工程技术,并简要介绍了某型国产民用客机的航电设备HMS研制实践,最后结合需求、差距及研究热点提出了未来需要重点解决的工程问题。
Health management system(HMS)is one of the necessary subsystems of modern civil aircraft.It is of great significance to improve the systematization,standardization and modularization of related techniques for the development of HMS.Based on an analysis on the HMS state of art and technical characteristics,the engineering technology system and basic development process of civil aircraft HMS were summarized.Several advanced key system techniques,such as system of system modeling and analysis,knowledge engineering and data modeling,customization design of onboard applications,and model-based integrated verification,were stated emphatically.An avionics health management system development practice for a domestic civil aircraft is introduced briefly.Considering the requirements,gap and research hotspots,several engineering problems to be solved in the future were concluded.
