摘要
为实现对设备资源远程集中控制和实时监测,本文提出基于GPRS和组态王的远程无线通信系统设计方案。PLC采集终端设备状态数据,通过GPRS网络将数据传输到监控主机,利用组态王软件构成可视化的监控界面,从而实现对终端设备实时监控。实践证明,该系统运行稳定、数据采集实时性强,具有较高的应用前景和市场价值。
In order to realize remote centralized control and real-time monitoring of equipment resources,this paper proposes a remote wireless communication system design scheme based on GPRS and Kingview.The PLC collects the terminal device status data,transmits the data to the monitoring host through the GPRS network,and uses the Kingview to form a visual monitoring interface,thereby realizing real-time monitoring of the terminal device.Practice has proved that the system is stable in operation,strong in realtime data collection,and has high application prospects and market value.
