基于LabVIEW的交通信号灯工作状态智能监测系统研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对传统交通信号灯人工监测方式信息反馈较慢、监测周期较长以及自动化监测成本较高、影响原有电路等问题,设计一种基于传感器和LabVIEW上位机开发系统的新型交通信号灯智能监测系统。该系统采用电流传感器与光敏传感器组成的双重监测电路,利用"或"门进行逻辑判断,降低了系统误判率;通过采用霍尔元件及光敏传感器实现了在不改变原电路的情况下可以采集到交通灯的实时工作数据,使系统的安装使用便捷;并减少了故障从发生到解决的时间,提高了监测系统的时效性;基于LabVIEW开发了上位机信息化系统,并设计了信息化流程。经测试,对比传统监测方式时效性差和误报率高的缺点,该系统具有可在10 ms内报警故障的高时效性以及低至0.5%的低误判率的特点,并实现了不改变原有电路的低成本远程信息化智能监测,符合市场的需求。 As the traditional traffic lights manual monitoring method has slow message feedback,long monitoring period and high automation monitoring cost,which affects the original circuit,a new intelligent traffic lights monitoring system based on sensor and LabVIEW PC development system is designed.In the system,a dual monitoring circuit composed of the current sensor and the photosensitive sensor is applied,and the"or"gate is used to make logical judgments to decrease the misjudgment rate of the system.The real⁃time working data of traffic lights can be collected without changing the original circuit by means of the Hall element and photosensitive sensor,which makes the installation and use of the system convenient,reduces the time from failure to resolution of faults,and improves the timeliness of the monitoring system.Based on LabVIEW,the upper computer information system is developed and the information process is designed.After testing,in comparison with the shortcomings poor timeliness and high false positive rate in the traditional monitoring method,the system has the characteristics of high timeliness for faults within 10ms and low false alarm rates as low as 0.5%.It realizes the low⁃cost remote information intelligent monitoring without changing the original circuit,in line with the market demand.
