干湿循环对碱激发材料固化细铁尾矿砂强度特性的影响分析 被引量:10

摘要 通过无侧限抗压强度和干湿循环试验测试,山东临沂废弃铁尾矿砂在C、D、E三种碱激发材料的固化胶凝作用下满足了路基填料的强度要求,并显示出优于水泥固化件的耐久性。在与水泥掺量相同的情况下,三种新型材料固化体7 d强度是水泥固化体强度的1.79~2.18倍;12次循环后强度系数是水泥固化体的1.1~2.2倍,C、D、E干湿循环的第一次浸泡液pH值比水泥胶凝体低0.89~1.10,C和E质量损失率小于水泥固化细铁尾砂,充分说明新型碱激发类材料作为环境友好经济型固化剂,在细铁尾矿砂改良与资源化应用为路基填料方面效果良好。 The abandoned iron tailings in Linyi,Shandong province solidified and gelled by three alkali-activated materials called C,D,E met the strength requirements of roadbed filler through unconfined compressive strength test and dry-wet cycle test,and showed excellent durability compared with cement solidified waste.The 7 d unconfined compressive strength of three new curing agents solidified waste is 1.79-2.18 times higher than that of cement solidified waste,strength coefficient of new agent curing parts is 1.1-2.2 times higher than that of cement solidification after 12 cycles,pH value belongs to C,D,E soaking liquid under dry-wet cycles is 0.89-1.10 lower than that of cement curing parts,C,E quality loss rate is less than fine iron tailings solidified by cement when the new agent is mixed with the same amount of cement,which fully shows that the new alkali activated materials not only have no side effects on the environment,but also have good effects on the improvement and resource utilization of fine iron tailings as subgrade filler.
