摘要
目的调查青岛市手术室护士的职业认同感和工作满意度与离职意愿现状,并分析三者之间的关系。方法调查青岛市4所医院260名手术室护士,采用护士职业认同量表、工作满意度量表和离职意愿调查表进行调查,并分析三者之间的相关性。结果护士职业认同感、工作满意度和离职意愿的单项均分分别为(3.23±0.51)分、(2.74±0.52)分、(2.55±0.36)分;均处于中等偏上水平。护士的职业认同感和工作满意度与离职意愿呈明显负相关(r=-0.481、-0.582,P<0.05)。护士的职业认同感对工作满意度与离职意愿间有部分中介作用(β=-0.341)。结论手术室护士的职业认同感和工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,离职意愿Ⅲ(获得其他工作的可能性)较高,提高护士的职业认同感水平有利于改善工作满意度,降低离职意愿。
Objective To investigate the status quo of professional identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses in operating room of Qingdao,and analyze the relationship among them.Methods 260operating room nurses in 4hospitals in Qingdao were investigated.The professional identity scale of nurses,job satisfaction scale and turnover intention questionnaire were used in the study.The correlation among the three indicators was analyzed.Results The average scores of nurses'professional identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention respectively were(3.23±0.51),(2.74±0.52)and(2.55±0.36),all are above medium level.Nurses'professional identity and job satisfaction were negatively correlated with turnover intention(r=-0.481,-0.582,P<0.05).Nurses’professional identity is a partial mediator between job satisfaction and turnover intention(β=-0.341).Conclusions Professional identity and job satisfaction of operating room nurses were at the average level,but leaving intendⅢ(given the possibility of other work)is higher.Raising the level of nurses'professional identity is conducive to improve the job satisfaction,reduce the departure.
