摘要 为解决电子秤量程小、精确度及分辨力低的问题,设计并且搭建了这款量程为10kg、分辨力高且具有进一步数据处理功能的电子秤。该电子秤通过主控STM32F103EU收集并处理来自由改良惠斯通电桥和仪表放大电路组成的传感器重量信号和来自矩阵键盘的计算参数,其分辨力可达到1mg,且输入与输出结果线性关系良好(R^2=0.999)。该电子秤分辨力强、精确度高,可在物流、零售和黄金交易等行业广泛应用,并为其在物联网中的应用奠定基础。 ion:In order to solve the problems of small range,low accuracy and low resolution of the electronic scale,this research designed and built this electronic scale with a range of 10 kg,high resolution and further data processing functions.The electronic scale collects and processes the weight signal from the sensor composed of the improved Wheatstone bridge and the instrument amplification circuit and the calculation parameters from the matrix keyboard through the main control STM32F103 EU.Its resolution finally reaches 1 mg,and the input and output results have a good linear relationship(R^2=0.999).The electronic scale with strong resolution and high accuracy can be widely used in logistics,retail and gold trading industries.In future,the electronic scale will lay a foundation for its application in the Internet of Things.
