摘要
以平山县葫芦峪为例,通过对贫瘠山地现代农业产业园发展存在的问题及原因进行分析。认为该产业园目前面临高端开发依然不强,技术人才仍有短缺;品牌重视程度不够,平台建设力度不强;资金投入仍有不足,企业合作有所欠缺等方面的问题。提出了园区加强人才培养投入力度,政府扶持吸引人才回流;加入"互联网+农业",优化各项环节,助力农民脱贫;发展多元融资渠道,加强企业间合作等方面的建议。
This paper analyzed the problems and causes of the development of modern agricultural industrial parks in barren mountains, by taking Huluyu in Pingshan County as an example. It’s believed that there were a lot of problems in the industrial park currently, which included that the low high-end development, shortage of technical talents, paid not enough attention to the brand, the platform construction being not strong;the capital investment being still insufficient, and lack of the corporate cooperation. Based on the research, it proposed that the park should strengthen investment in talent training and join the "Internet + agriculture", the government should support to attract talent return. Besides, it also proposed that the park should optimize various links to help farmers out of poverty, develop multiple financing channels, and strengthen cooperation between enterprises and other aspects.
