摘要
目的:分析尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合使用在尿液红细胞检验的临床应用。方法:随机抽取2018年8月~2019年8月本院收治的100例行尿液红细胞检验患者为观察对象,均给予显微镜检查(镜检)、尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪检查,以镜检为金标准,对比分析尿干化学分析仪、尿沉渣分析仪单独检查与联合检查的准确度与漏诊率。结果:联合检查的准确度高于单独检查,且漏诊率低于单独检查(P<0.05)。结论:在尿液红细胞检验中运用尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合检查法效果尤为显著,能够有效提高检查准确度,减少临床漏诊、误诊情况,进而为患者制定有效且安全的治疗方案。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application of urine dry chemistry analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer in urine RBC test.Methods:A total of 100 cases of urine red blood cell test patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were all examined by microscope(microscopy),urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer.With microscopy as the gold standard,the accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of individual and joint examination of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer were compared and analyzed.Results:The accuracy of combined examination was higher than that of single examination,and the rate of missed diagnosis was lower than that of single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer can effectively improve the accuracy of examination,reduce clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and then make an effective and safe treatment plan for patients.
