摘要
目的 观察LED黄极光(590nm,830nm)联合0.1%他克莫司软膏在玫瑰痤疮治疗中的疗效分析.方法 选取54例玫瑰痤疮患者,分为试验组(27例)和对照组(27例),试验组采用LED黄极光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏,对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察两组客观体征和主观症状改善评分,比较两组治疗效果.结果 两组患者经过治疗后,潮红、红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹脓疱和主观症状评分均降低,试验组降低幅度大于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗8周后试验组有效率为85.2%,对照组55.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组不良反应总发生率为22.2%,对照组总发生率48.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 黄极光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏能有效治疗玫瑰痤疮,可以提高对各类症状改善程度,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To observe the efficacy of LED yellow aurora(590nm,830nm)combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of rose acne.Methods Fifty-four patients with rose acne were selected and divided into experimental group(27 cases)and control group(27 cases).The experimental group was treated with LED yellow aurora combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment,while the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment.The objective signs and subjective symptom improvement scores of the two groups were observed and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of flushing,erythema,telangiectasia,papular pustules and subjective symptoms in the two groups were all reduced,and the reduction in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 85.2%in the experimental group and 55.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 22.2%in the experimental group and 48.1%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Auroras combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment can effectively treat rose acne,improve the degree of various symptoms,worthy of clinical application.
