摘要
目的 分析二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕(HS)患者的临床效果.方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月我院HS患者94例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),对照组采用CO2点阵激光,研究组在对照组基础上给予醋酸曲安奈德局部注射.对比两组治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)及皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分.结果 治疗后,研究组VSS、VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清VEGF、EGF水平较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组DLQI评分较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 CO2点阵激光联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗HS患者可缓解瘙痒疼痛症状,降低血清VEGF、EGF水平,加快瘢痕恢复,提高生活质量.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carbon dioxide(CO2)dot-matrix laser combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the treatment of hypertrophic scar(HS)patients.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,94 HS patients in our hospital were selected and divided into a research group(n=47)and a control group(n=47)according to the random number table method.The control group used CO2 dot-matrix laser,and the study group was given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate based on the control group.Comparing the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7)level and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VSS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum VEGF and EGF levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the DLQI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 dot-matrix laser combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate can relieve the symptoms of pruritus and pain,reduce the serum VEGF and EGF levels,accelerate the recovery of scars,and improve the quality of life.
