摘要
目的研究对小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术患儿给予优质护理的应用效果.方法于我院患儿中随机抽取40例,分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,对比两组患儿依从性、愈合情况等.结果本研究对照组依从性14例(70.0%),满意度15例(75.0%).观察组依从性19例(95.0%),满意度20例(100.0%).对照组感染率4例(20.0%),愈合率16例(80.0%),瘢痕率4例(20.0%).观察组感染率0例(0%),愈合率20例(100.0%),瘢痕率1例(5.0%).与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05).结论对面部外伤患儿整形美容缝合中给予优质护理,可深入护理细节,严格管理愈合风险,有利于改善患儿依从性,促进患儿创面愈合,在临床推广应用可减少感染、瘢痕的发生,提高患儿及家属满意度.
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing for children with facial trauma plastic and cosmetic suture.Methods 40 cases were randomly selected in our hospital,divided into 2 groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given quality nursing and the compliance and healing of the two groups were compared.Results According to this study,14 cases of compliance(70.0%)and 15 cases of satisfaction(75.0%)were observed in the control group.compliance in the observation group was 19(95.0%)and satisfaction was 20(100.0%).The infection rate of control group was 4(20.0%),healing rate was 16(80.0%),scar rate was 4(20.0%).The infection rate in the observation group was 0(0%),the healing rate was 20(100.0%),and the scar rate was 1(5.0%).compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing care can be given to children with facial trauma in plastic and cosmetic suture,which can go deep into the details of nursing care,strictly manage the risk of healing,help to improve the compliance of children,promote the wound healing of children,and promote the clinical application can reduce the occurrence of infection,scar,and improve the satisfaction of children and their families.
