摘要
为研究组合L形截面钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压性能,建立了13个L形钢管再生混凝土柱有限元模型(其中12个为组合L形截面柱,1个为普通L形截面柱),分析组合L形钢管再生混凝土柱的破坏形态与轴压承载力,并与普通L形截面试件的轴压性能进行对比,计算分析了再生骨料取代率、截面长宽比、钢管厚度以及再生混凝土强度等级对组合L形钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明:试件破坏形式是中部鼓曲破坏;组合L形钢管再生混凝土柱较普通L形钢管再生混凝土柱有更高的极限承载力,轴压性能更好;再生骨料取代率的变化对此构件的轴压性能影响不明显;增大钢管厚度与再生混凝土强度等级均能明显提高试件的轴压极限承载力;一定范围内长宽比的改变有利于构件承载力的提高。
In order to study the axial compression performance of the composite L-section steel tube recycled concrete columns,13 finite element models of the composite L-section steel tube recycled concrete columns are established in this paper(12 of which are composite L-section columns and 1 of which is ordinary L-section columns).The failure mode and axial compression capacity of the composite L-section steel tube recycled concrete columns are analyzed,and the axial compression performance of the composite Lsection steel tube recycled concrete columns is compared with that of the ordinary L-section steel tube specimens.The influence of recycled aggregate replacement ratio,section length width ratio,steel tube thickness and recycled concrete strength grade on the axial bearing capacity of composite L-shaped steel tube recycled concrete short columns is studied.The results show that the failure mode of the specimen is the central buckling failure,the composite L-shaped recycled concrete-filled steel tube column has higher ultimate bearing capacity and better axial compression performance than the ordinary L-shaped recycled concrete-filled steel tube column,the change of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate has no obvious influence on the axial compression performance of the component,the thickness of the steel tube and the strength grade of the recycled concrete can be obvious the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen.The change of length-wide ratio in certain range is beneficial to the improvement of Axial bearing capacity.
