摘要
以深圳甘坑客家小镇为例,基于游客网络评论文本数据,应用内容分析法评价小镇现状。首先,运用扎根理论和内容分析法分析小镇的文旅融合基本结构及其效果;其次,在实地调研过程中设计结构化调研问卷,完成问卷的聚类分析,并生成最终的小镇开发综合评价概念模型,评价深圳甘坑客家小镇现状。结果表明:IP导向型旅游特色小镇的文化融合效果整体较好,但仍存在不足;小镇文化融合效果主要受到可达性条件、规划合理性、文化品牌标识、开发者因素、商业化程度和旅游功能6个要素的影响。IP导向型旅游特色小镇与文化融合发展是一种新趋势,本研究可对国内文旅小镇开发提供借鉴。
Taking the Shenzhen Gankeng Hakkas town as an example,according to the text data of online reviews from the tourists,this study used the content evaluation method to conduct an overall evaluation of Gankeng.Firstly,this study used grounded theory to analyze the ba sic structure of the town′s cultural and tourism integration effect evaluation.Secondly,the structured survey questionnaire was designed,the questionnaire data were clustered to form the final evaluation concept model.The results showed that:The cultural integration effect of IP-ori ented tourism characteristic towns was good overall,but there remained deficiencies.The cultural integration of scenic spots was mainly decided by six reasons:accessibility conditions,rationality of planning,cultural brand identity,developer factors,and degree of commercialization and tourism features.The convergence of IP-oriented tourism characteristic towns and culture was a new trend.This study provided reference for the future development of cultural tourism towns in China.
