大学生职业农民学历提升意愿及影响因素研究

Research on the Willingness of College Professional Farmers to Upgrade Their Academic Qualifications and the Influencing Factors

摘要 基于对150位具有大专及以上学历的大学生职业农民进行问卷调查,构建二项Logistic回归模型,从个体、家庭、生产经营、教育培训四个方面分析了大学生农民参加涉农硕士学历教育意愿及影响因素。研究发现,74.7%的大学生农民愿意参加涉农硕士学历教育提升学历,性别、年龄与农业从业态度等个体因素以及家庭人口数、职业农民类别、涉农培训经历等多种因素显著影响大学生农民学历提升意愿。建议强化面向大学生农民的专业学位硕士研究生教育并减免其学费,高校与科研院所通过开展学历教育扩大参与职业农民培育的途径。 Based on a questionnaire survey of 150 professional farmers with junior college degree or above,a binomial logistic regression model is constructed.The willingness of college professional farmers to participate in agricultural master degree education and the influencing factors are analyzed from four aspects:individual,family,production and operation,education and training.It is found that 74.7%of college professional farmers are willing to participate in the master degree education to upgrade their academic background.Individual factors such as gender,age and attitude to work,as well as family population,types of professional farmers,and agricultural training experience significantly affect the willingness to upgrade their academic background.It is suggested that the professional master’s degree programs geared to the needs of college professional farmers should be strengthened and their tuition fees should be reduced.In addition,colleges and universities as well as scientific research institutes should expand their participation in the cultivation of professional farmers by academic education.
