摘要
档案事业发展的关键之一是人才,建立合理的档案胜任力模型有利于鉴别、选拔和培养优秀的档案工作者。但国内的档案机构目前尚未建立成熟的胜任力模型来参与人才管理实践。结合胜任力理论,通过对美国国家档案与文件管理署(NARA)在其官网上发布的档案工作人员胜任力模型的框架和要素的相关信息的研读与分析,可以总结其理论和实践经验,为我国相关档案机构开发档案工作人员胜任力模型提供借鉴与参考。
One of the keys to the development of archival undertaking is talent.Establishing a reasonable archival competency model is conducive to identifying,selecting,and training outstanding archivists.But domestic archival institutions have not yet established a mature competency model to participate in talent management practices.Based on the theory of competency,this paper summarizes NARA’s theoretical and practical experience by studying and analyzing the relevant information about the framework and elements of the archivist competency model published by the National Archives and Records Administration(NARA)on its official website.It will provide reference for the development of archivist competency models by relevant archival institutions in China.
