舟山近海入侵种——条纹锯鮨的形态特征与DNA条形码研究

摘要 条纹锯鮨又称为美洲黑石斑,属鲈形目、鮨科、锯鮨属。原产地在美国大西洋沿岸,是一种重要的经济鱼类。条纹锯鮨于2002年引入我国,舟山市水产研究所从2016年开始繁育和养殖推广。本文对舟山西轩岛近海捕获的一尾条纹锯鮨进行了7个可数性状与14个可量性状测定,并与养殖个体形态特征及COI、12S rRNA基因片段序列进行了比较研究。DNA条形码和GenBank同源序列比较结果均表明底拖网捕获的个体为条纹锯鮨,其形态特征与舟山市水产研究所养殖个体相近,基于COI与12S rRNA基因片段序列的邻接系统树也显示所捕获的个体与养殖条纹锯鮨聚类,并与近缘种明显分开,形态学与分子方法均确定海捕个体为条纹锯鮨。结合条纹锯鮨的生活习性与生长环境,进一步分析了其入侵的可能性,并对其入侵的危害和防止措施进行了初步探讨。 Centropristis striata,also known as black sea bass,belongs to Perciformes,Serrnanidae,Centropristis.Its origin is on the United States coastal Atlantic waters and it is an important economic fish.Black seabass was introduced to China in 2002,and the Zhoushan Fisheries Research Institute began breeding in 2016.In this study,7 countable characters and 14 measurable characters of a black sea bass which were caught in Xixuan island coastal waters were measured and compared with the morphological characteristics of the cultured individuals and the sequences of COI and 12S rRNA gene fragments.The results of DNA barcoding and GenBank homologous sequences showed that the individual caught by bottom trawl was C.striata,and its morphological characteristics were similar to those of Zhoushan Fisheries Research Institute.The neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree based on the sequences of CO I and 12S rRNA gene fragments also showed that the caught individual was clustered with the cultured individuals,which was distinctly separated from the related species.Morphological and molecular methods confirmed that the caught individual was C.striata.Furthermore,the possibility of invasion was analyzed based on the living habits and growth environment,and the hazards and preventive measures of biological invasion were preliminarily discussed.
