摘要
综述了聚碳酸酯在汽车发光二极管(LED)前照明系统中的应用,聚碳酸酯不仅能够增加汽车LED前照明系统的耐热性,还可以调整汽车LED前照明系统光源颜色,使汽车LED前照明系统更耐用、更美观。针对聚碳酸酯在汽车LED前照明系统中应用时的老化问题和应力过大问题,通过在成型的聚碳酸酯外部涂抹一层紫外光稳定剂和脱模剂可减少老化问题,利用回火炉升温处理可消除内应力,并使用四氯化碳检测内应力的消除效果。
This paper reviews the application of polycarbonate in automotive light emitting diode(LED)front lighting systems.Polycarbonate is used to increase the heat resistance of automotive LED front lighting systems,it can also adjust the color of the light source of the system,improving the durability and appearance of the system.The aging of polycarbonate in use is solved by applying layers of ultraviolet stabilizer and mold release agent on the outside of the formed carbonate.The internal stress is removed by heating process of the tempering furnace,and the effect of eliminating internal stress is detected by using carbon tetrachloride.
